Heuer Signed Buckle

Hi all,
I just acquired a Heuer Carrera silver dialed Re-Edition circa 1998 and I am wondering about two things:
1) Does anyone know how may of these watches with the manual wind Lemania 1873 movemment were made? The serial numbers seem confusing.
2) Mine came without the signed/engraved Heuer strap buckle. Does anyone have a source for these or have one to spare?

Thanks and I feel honored to finally be among you as an owner at last!

Scott
