Here is your stopwatch, along with a page from 1973 catalog. Bottom left on the page is the Reference 572 -- a split-second stopwatch. It may not be an exact match, but it is likely from this time period and from this family of stopwatches.

Prices on these seem to be in the $150 to $250 range, depending on the exact model, condition, etc.
