We're already working on piracy and counterfeiting. Saved the internet cookie from extinction a couple of years ago (yes they wanted to ban them). The ecommerce directive is coming up for review very soon. Oh and there are a few grumbles about protecting the poor consumer from rogue traders on internet auctions (something about cheese sandwiches and Ali boxing gloves). Ebay do have an office of their own here.
