You can buy the book (signed) from www.vicelford.com or from Vic via ebay. The master racer also has some lovely photos from that golden era. Although I'm sure most of you are regulars.
I happened to ask Mr. Elford in an email whether Jo had ever given him a watch. He didn't answer that particular question.
