Heuer Autavia GMT left crown?

I did study several pictures of Heuer Autavia GMT's (automatic) and recognized, that the size of the crown differs sometimes from the other models: the diameter is somewhat smaller. Was this watch sold originally with a smaller crown or in two versions: which one is the right one: or are both OK?
