3646 Andretti pricing

I'm on the hunt for a 3646 Andretti and am finding an amazingly wide range in pricing. I can understand fluctuations in price related to the condition of a particular watch but I am seeing 5/10/15K variances in pricing. I'm not new to collecting but I am new to vintage Heuers. When I see this type of pricing discrepancy my alarm bells go off. Any help in sorting this out greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
