Yes, this is the only Seafarer we have seen with "Running Seconds".

So now we can have the customary debate, "rare prototype or modified by a watchmaker". If it is modified, it was done by a skilled watchmaker . . . this is not something to try with a drill and pair of tweezers, late at night on the kitchen table!!

Has anyone ever seen this feature?
