I still think that these Monacos were a market tester from before '69.
I can't see why Heuer would have partial complete dials after there run of Monacos was over. Although I have to admit that the dials do look rushed but I just can't see it...
Powdering of Lume dots also suggests an age before 1975-8 although atmospheric conditions play a part from the hundreds of vintage watches I have handled this powdering is usually associated with earlier watches not later ones.
It is the same argument I have about Dato 45's being earlier than '64 I just think Heuer were smart enough to test the market.
Anyway it is just what i think.
