I agree with your observation. Could it maybe be "radio silence" before winter time?

People spent lot of money money at their holiday resort. September traditionally is a more calm month in spending.Others may hold their horses until the exact impact of the financial bank crises has become clear in general and for them in particular.Just think of the customers of the Northern Rock Bank in England who are standing in line to get their money back in cash.
I trust we will see more auctions in October and November. And if not, maybe you have to adapt your price guide again ( just kidding.... great job!)or - less work- Ben Bernanke has to lower interest rates once again.
