Any guess about this "E.R.H." on the dial? Racing team, racecar driver, Edouard R. Heuer, something else?

If you once owned this one, maybe there is some clue from the previous owner?

It is a nice looking watch; yes, in my experience, most of the decimal minutes bezels on the first execution screw-back cases seem to be later replacements. But they are from Heuer / genuine bezels for these cases.
