We're starting to see a series of blue dial paint failures from the Heuer range now. Chronomatic Monaco, Trans Monaco, Cal.15 Monaco, Daytona and Silverstone.
It seems the brassing effect is lesser under the start position for the chrono register hands on your Silvrstone - am i right?
If so could you show a photo of the dial with the chrono stopped at the 6 hour 15 min mark so we can see the "shaded" area under the chrono hands.
