Antiquorum to Launch DirectBid (Online) Auctions

Have a look at this, first news of new platform being launched by Antiquorum; continuous online auctions.

http://www.worldtempus.com/en/news/top-news/detail/article/1284382602-antiquorum-directbid/

So is this the magic platform, to bridge the ever-widening gap between eBay and the high-brow auction rooms? Here is a favorite sentence from this report:

"Most importantly, buyers will have the peace of mind of knowing that they are not buying from an anonymous seller, but that Antiquorum’s experts have thoroughly examined and described each watch being sold on DirectBid."
We need to learn more about this platform, but I would say that it looks very promising for the type of watches that we collect.

Thoughts?
