Hi Peter - I saw this one as well and just before I dismissed it as a parts/redial/franken I remembered seeing a catalogue picture posted by Arno on the Vintage Heuer forum. There are some similarities and it is not a catalogue that I have seen before nor have I seen the example on the left. I am not suggesting it is all correct just opening the discussion. Here is the link to the picture and hopefully Arno will be kind enough to share more of this catalogue with us.
