That is a very good question Walid. From my personal and very limited experience, I think "Its" name is Abel, and he lives here from time to time, when not in Belgium. Regards cost, as with anything horologically related, you get what you pay for, and with that in mind he is extremely good value from what I have seen and heard. Others, (or a search on this forum) may give you more contact details, or other referrals. Good luck
