Well, when I see this buckle...I'm 1000% sure it's a fake...really bad!!
When I take a close look to the surface I'm almost also pretty sure the material is silver.
There's no doubt Heuer made these buckles in 14mm...but the original are much nicer then this bad fake...
A few years back there were quite a lot of these "silver" Heuer buckles around, especially the 16mm variant. As far as I know these mostly came from Italy at that time...
