Hello,

Agree about Fall & Autumn from the west coast and about the availability of Lamb.

I make & sell a line of Marinades locally and know that many have an aversion to lamb. Spoke to many Butchers who say their families won’t eat lamb knowingly. But when they make it & sneak a taste they like it fine. That is until they find out what they are eating.

BTW my Wife says it is because she lived in UK as a child and was forced to eat Mutton. I have never seen mutton in stores and only know it exists because of Dickens Stories.
