My friend,
when I discovered this type of case a lot of people belived that all these Autavias where frankenwatch: a Schmitz case with a piquerez caseback!
They made a bad mistake!

I make a long resarch on this type of case (Bullitt case): with AndyODiscover that there are some difference between a Schmitz case and a Bullitt case, as you can see in pic.
Look at the "click" bezel position!
