Re: Autavia 1163 -- Cream with Chocolate / Great White?

: I am just wondering whether we have seen any more of these 1163
: Autavias, with the cream colored dials and the chocolate / mocha
: registers?

: We have one sample shown here --
: -- with a 242xxx serial number. This one came to our attention
: in late 2011 / early 2012, and I am just wondering whether we
: have seen any more of these? Some called it the "White
: Boy" or the "Great White".

: I am looking at this watch right now on my wrist. It is 100% original. It was purchased in 1972 from one of the Heuer watchmakers. Apparently as an employee of Heuer, this watchmaker was allowed to purchase 2 watches per year. This watch was sold to the current owner in the later part of 1972. I have the original bracelet with the extra links and the box it came with. On the back of the box is written 1163T
Dial is a cream white color with 2 chocolate register subset dials. The hands are Organge. How rare is this watch. Also, does anyone have any inkling of what it might be worth???
