So you are basically saying that besides messing up your watch, they did a great job?

Unfortunately, I've had more than my share of experiences like yours. That's why I wait until the very last moment before sending my watches to repair. On one of my watches, (not an Omega) the crown gets stuck most of the time, so that I can't pull it out. It has been this way since I bought it in December of last year, but I will only have it repaired shortly before my guarantee will end in order to save myself major disappointments. I'm sad to say this, but so far, I never had one single thoroughly pleasing watch servicing experience. Fortunately, my Seamaster AT is still quite new, and when the time will arrive to have it serviced, I will most likely send it directly to Switzerland.
