to judge your purchase it would be of interest to hear if it was offered as all original.
if you bought it at a dealer, a return should be always possible.
as jeff mentioned correctly, the refinished dial is basicly a substantial reduction of the watches value.
if your buying price was in a bargain range (up to 2,5 €) i would not care to much for for the minor differences the non orig. dial has to the orig. version as the rest of the watch - incl. hands looks pretty perfect. worldwide there are just a dozen of maniacs able to identify it as refinshed aniway ...so dont be crestfallen to much.
