General watch trend in 15-20 years???

More interesting for me is: how long should I keep my collection. Is the collection of watches (especially heuers) still sustainale and a sort of investment: yes prices have been up by 2-3 times in the last 3 years. but how about in 15 -20 years.

are these watches than still in focus ??? People getting older, interests of new generations getting different. how about a big bang inflation: guess than gold nuggets are the best to have????

Talked to some watch collectors and watch makers recently: no clear answer on this: my own opion???

Chinese will get more and more into european style of food, life style and finally in colleciing watches. at that time watch prices will jump dramtaicailly to the top....so lets wait till all have seen proteins in china and than the race for european style vintage stuff will begin !
