I have a dispute with the seller - he lists paypal as accepted but refuses to take it despite me having already paid him with it.

I have complained to ebay who have eventually agreed to look into it as he is in breach of his merchant agreement.

It's rather frustrating he has relisted it with paypal as a payment option again. I really want to buy the watch from him but I want to use paypal for the buyer protection rather than bank transfer to some unknown person & that seems to be all he will accept.
