Apart from points already well made by others, surely on these Monacos its as much about the back case (sales sticker or PERFECT orignal grinding) but i'd want original lume and MOST definately original service hands on a new old stock Monaco. So my vote would be NO to NOS!

May well have been back to TH for the service hands and re-lume and they could easily have buffed it up, so multiple issues on the NOS front. To be fair if you look at Chrono24 there are at least 3 NOS Monacos advertsied which in no way meet my criteria for that label...
