Mark - I also agree with your wise observations especially since you are a Carrera man. Excluding the early manual wind references, the 1163 case is pure and simple with exposed pushers and a rugged elegance. Things went off track for me after that but finished on a high with the 11063V. There were the oddities in between like that fascinating 73663 military Autavia and the Shauntavia amongst others. My flavour of the months is this 1163 GMT. When you see the quality and beauty of a NOS bezel you may well find it creeping up the top 5 list.
