I have a hunch this may be how these very early Monacos came, i'm sure another of the top 3 or 4 early serials also had no tool no 033 back case too, but cannot recall which one. These 2 are noted on my register now as no tool no 033 and i'm as sure as its possible to be that the back case is original to the watch.

We have seen 73633's with re-dials - 80s/90s put toegthers sometimes without toolno33 but not 1133/1153 cases, so it does make me think we may have stumbled on another little Heuer quirk here...
