Good to have you on board and this is a topical first post. I think you will find that the watch is not a fake and all the parts are original. The downfall of this piece is that it has had a re-dial. This is a common occurrence on this particular Monaco because the blue metallic paint is susceptible to degrading especially around the applied lume and the edge seal. Rich brought a similar example to our attention, posted on the forum just 2 days ago. So that’s two in two days, highlighting what I have said about the dial. Obviously I have been spending to much time with Mr Monaco (Rich) who I am sure will add more detail to what I have said.
