Hi Ty and welcome on board!
Compliments for luckily finding this grail, i can imagine how many people asked you if you're selling...

About dating, it is quite certain the 1962, because it has the Radium dial (in 1963 all the producers had to switch to Tritium) and
the movement is marked Ed. Heuer (from 1964 it has been marked Heuer Leonidas). Obviously we don't know how many dials cases movements
the factory had in stock, so these dates are only supposed. But i think not to be far from reality.

I attach here for you a graphic relating the case numbers of the early Autavias with the case/dial/bezel variants introduced.
It is only a draft, so information to make it more precise are welcome.

About your watch, my suggestion is to simply reassemble all the parts (cleaning the movement obviously) and not to touch anything else, the Radium lume especially!
Although it still has radioactive emissions for the next 1550 years, it's a crime to loose its unique patina!
Happy Heuering!!
