Hi David - It was very exciting to see an orginal watch with this dial come to our attention. Like an archelogical find of significance. Having recently discussed this watch with other forum members, we pondered two main issues:
1. Case - 1st or 2nd execution screw back case (with H or MH bezel)
2. Hands - 1st execution Dauphine/sword hands or straight steel hands.
The picture you show may clear up the hands question (they look original to me) and in fact the dimension of the bezel may also, although not conclusive at this stage, confirm that it is the 2nd execution case.
David - if you can confirm the originality of the hands and get a serial number off the case we can solve this mystery once and for all.
I am rushing so will post some mock-up pics I did this evening.
regards
Paul
