quality issues and customer service quality

Hi Felix

Both quality control issues and customer service quality issues not only in the US but in Europe too.
Let's start by quality issues:
- 33xx problematic flaw of ressetting the chrono in some cases the rotor unscrewed itself
- 1120 sudden stops
- problems on the 1152 calibre as well

Let's now mention the service quality issues:
- often the watches have their case scratched and their hands misaligned particularly true for Omega service center in Lancaster
- often the watches are badly regulated
- often the bienne restorations are not restoration but just a dial and hands change
- often the cost of Bienne repairs is too expensive and teh result mediocre to average

So is Omega the same as it was before? Of course not.

regards

georges
