Nice of you to spend time here on the Omega forum, when Im sure your "other brand" has its own forum. Why waste your time over here if you have sold all your Omega's? What, just to criticize the brand? I have 4 Omega watches and all have performed flawlessly. Sure there have been some customer service problems with Omega, but I can assure you they are across the board with all brands, mostly due to the lack of adequately trained service staff. With over 2 million mechanical watches produced each year by all brands, you can see how this is a big problem, and its not just specific to Omega. I respect your right to criticize Omega for your experiences, but don't be disillusioned into thinking that service related problems are only limited to Omega.
