Omega Service issues

I live in a city with an Omega Authorized Service Center. I have had both modern (1990s and 2000s) and vintage (1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s) watches serviced with no complaints. I mean literally more than a dozen watches.

On another forum, there is a place to post issues with the Omega Service Center in NJ, which, per a few irate posters, is a black hole into which good watches are sucked, never to return . . . it's been around for a couple of months, I think.

In the entire existence of this thread, there have been a sum total of three watches which have been posted about.

I think the rumors of Omega's service problems have been greatly exaggerated.
