Mine went back to Switzerland via my local TAG Heuer dealer. Came back with a new bezel, crystal, pushers, crown, all hands and new luminous markers. Cost was £375 but they have had three of my other Heuers in their hands over the last 12 months so maybe they regard me as a good customer. I did not specifically request items to be replaced - they just quoted me, I immediately said yes and got the watch back four weeks ago. Maybe it was the last bezel!
