i've stumbled on a couple longines forums

but they seem to get somewhat less activity than onthedash, for instance.

definitely lacking in the resurrection of the brand, a-la TAG-Heuer since 2000.

however, in the last couple of years longines have released a couple more interesting/serious pieces and are starting to move up/away from the "mall watch" niche.

i think longines has the historical horological credibility to be a real player again, if their owners had the desire and willingness to get focused and spend the requisite technical and marketing $$$.

having an iconic advisor like jack heuer wouldnt hurt, either!
