My experience with my vintage Omegas

Hi

My experience with my vintage Omegas, I wear my grandfather's 1951 seamaster which is +1/+2 sec per day and it is a bumper auto which was only serviced 3 times in 55 years !!! Another experience is my pocket watch which belongs to my great grandfather which is +8/+10 sec per day and which is 70 years old and was serviced three times only!!It is the quality of the movement that speaks about the quality of teh watch. I know a guy who was a 1948 rolex bubble back that was serviced twice and that keeps +0.5/+1 per day and I know another on whose double red sub was never serviced and works dead on since 1971!!It is the quality of the movement that makes the difference.
