I agree, watch is not Nos but polished.
The 'soleil' finish of the case is made with a disc of too little diameter, so the satin finish does not look straight but circular.
I think the movement is not same era of the Chronomatic but slightly late. (Note how HEUER is written on the bridge and other particulars)
Very rare and interesting anyway...
